Won't process purchase

Attempted to purchase order on evening of May 4th. Page would freeze each time I would click on option to proceed to checkout.

Attempted every few hours through Tuesday evening when I finally found a number contact customer service. They attempted to process my order from their end with the same results. Tech said he had to transfer it to the site managers and I should be contacted within 24 hours. That time was up on the afternoon of May 7th. I still have not heard from them; and I still cannot process the order from my computer.

Also frustrating, is that in the meantime of not being able to process my purchase, four different items have become 'out of stock' and I've had to remove them from my cart for purchase.
