Won't allow login to photo site, states items deleted in cart

I've cleared my browser history, the cookies, and reset Safari completely, but each time I try to login to the main website or via the Photo, it will keep on refreshing to the login page even though the creditials are correct. Other times I select to Print Photos and it immediately directs me to a page that states, "We're sorry but your session expired, but we've saved your information and the items in your cart." I hadn't been shopping nor were there any items in my cart, nor was I able to login to have a session.
