Have tried six times, 2 computers, three different browsers - can't check out. Have called customer service three times - they keep assuring me things will be rectified.

I had contacted their customer service folks days and days ago - they at first didn't admit the trouble - then admitted after a follow-up reply and said the issue was "expedited". It must've been pretty serious as it has been going on for a week now.
