Walmart.com orders are not being processed right

Ive tried to order an item today and yesterday so I could order it online and pay with my paypal and the order isnt being processed at all. They apologize and say unfortunately my order wasnt processed correcty and the only way to correct it is to cancel it and submit a new one.
