I was almost done with the application and I got to the Questionnaire part, and Mozilla firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome would not let me go any further. It says that the content is blocked because it is not signed by a valid security certificate.

I have the same problem! I've tried researching every solution but nothing. It's enough to make you want to throw your computer out a window.
I just tried and it did the same thing to me. Everything was fine untill I got to the survey thing.
