Can't access pharmacy orders or refill prescriptions. Problem since I first tried 4/10/16 PM. Still not working 4/11/16 late AM.

I have been trying to get prescriptions filled and havent been able to log onto my walmart pharmacy for over two months.
Do i need to switch to a pharmacy that i can order my prescriptions on line.
This is getting frustrating for this to go on this long. I talked to a walmart representative about a month ago and she said it would be corrected soon.
