When I log in to the walmart pharmacy site it starts to load and after placing the pharmacy phone number it goes to a "Sorry" "We are having trouble with your request. Please wait a moment and then try again."
No matter how many times I retry I keep getting same screen. Please help me get this straightened out because I loved being able to log on and take care of my medicine needs.

Not able to get into my pharm account for the past few days. Keeps saying Sorry, unable to process your request. What's going on?
Same issue here... been like 2 weeks now and can't log in.. anyone else?
This issue continues still today. I've not been able to log on for weeks, and asking for help gets me no answers other than what I've already done.

Tried logging out and back in, and reinstalling. Didn't fix it.
It hasnt changed. Oddly, I have no problem if I choose 'scan for refills'. That works fine but I cant access my prescription history or anything else.
The other thing I noticed was just as I get the error message, my medication history shows up very briefly behind the error message. But it says it cant process my request? How dumb is that? Smh.
