I always shop online at Walmart and for about four weeks now I have been unable to add items to my cart. A message comes up and says please try again later. I know it isn't my computer because I can go to Target, Sears, JC Pennys and Macys and not have this problem. I have had to buy from Target and etc. due to this problem.
