Again. The site worked for 24 hours; I was able to place an order. Wanted to place another and could't. Got the same problem again. Frustrating doesn't describe it.

Same thing happened to me. Frustrating doesn't describe how you'll feel after calling customer service.
They are pitiful.
Customer service is pitiful ~ whether you call or contact via email.
They actually try to deny there's a problem ~ so I sent them the link to this webpage!
