cant access my cart. page says due to difficulties, that page cant be shown.

I have multiple items in my cart, that I am unable to access.....Due to technical difficulties we cannot show the page you want, we are working on the problem. It has been like this for quite awhile now.....very frustrating, especially from such a large company.
