Cannot open

For two days Walmart site has not worked.  I signed on to the $49 yearly shipping and since then I cannot access site.  Have wasted lots of time today on this - why is Walmart unable to manage web site?  Amazon never goes down.  I have to rethink this - perhaps better to spend a little more money and start with Amazon than have the annoyance of poorly maintained website.
