Cannot log in on site or app

Unable to acess my savings catcher.  App or site does not register my email as on file.  1st call to customer service on Monday yielded a "give it a few hours and try again later" response.  2nd call on Tuesday yielded "my supervisor just told me that there was a known site issue, try again tomorrow".  This was after I pressed him for an answer.  Terribly frustrated.
