cannot check out for 5 days now...

Try to check out for days now  and getting  tired of trying. Have spoken to customer service 5 times, only once was someone actually  helpful the rest made it seem like they did nit know their job and did not care about the customer.no knowledge of theproblem or when it may be resolved.
