Cannot access Cart

"Due to technical difficulties, we can't show the page you're trying to get to.What would you like to do?"

Been that way for a few days, Walmart help is useless. it's obvious they are upgrading their website but they are too stupid to empty the carts from the previous version so people aren't going to be able to use their website until their idiot programmers get their crap together.
