Blank Page for weeks.

Using IE9, windows vista ultimate. I have also tried using chrome, but same result.  punch in www.walmart.com and nothing ever comes on screen. I do NOT have this problem on my home computer, only my work computer. Is this a virus or something? many people having the same issue, but not everyone.
