Errors popping when submitting claims, very slow. Horibble update!

The USPS website update must have been done by the same clowns that did Healthcare.gov's site. IT DOESN'T WORK! Buttions are missing, can't access pages,etc, etc...And, of course, you will be on hold for HOURS if you dare to call for help and NO ONE WILL EVER pick up the line. This is SO typical of the federal government. AWFUL service!
