Tracking it's not working

hat is going on with tracking, i have items that were suppose to be delivered mond 9th and today! and i got nothing tracking states the delivery dates but they are stuck in texas and miami

I just tracked 2 separate Priority Mail® 2-Day shipments I personally took to the post office yesterday early morning with labels that I printed, and paid for online, AND FOR WHICH I GOT PRE-PAID MAILPIECE ACCEPTANCE receipts from the post office counter attendant. When I track the packages by logging into my USPS account history and click on the tracking links I get the following: "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." The potential for incompetence at USPS know no bounds. So, 'going postal' referred to disgruntled postal workers killing co-workers right? I wonder if there's ever been any incidents of disgruntled postal customers physically taking out their frustration on postal workers, and what would you call that? Taring the postal scale? LOL! I guess the postal service will never change. I suppose I/we just have to sit tight, and hope our important packages are still safely on their way.
