I paid 19.99 on the 8th for overnight delivery. Have not been able to track since.
The USPS site does not tell me it is down. It simply has not updated in two days. When I call them they tell me the tracking site is computer generated and my not reflect what is actually happening. Meanwhile, no one I actually speak to can tell me where the letter I overnighted is. They all read the info from the tracking site, which again, was told it may not be accurate. Very upset and frustrated. Important document in the mail that was supposed to be hand delivered yesterday by noon for court purposes. Has totally done a lot of harm to me by not delivering and making it worse by not being able to tell me where it is.
