Is this just effecting the public domain or is this internal as well? If it is internal, can they still proceed with moving packages onward? I realize they technically only have to scan after received and delivered, but will this effect a delivery I may have tomorrow?!

i want to know same thing! dropped off packages at the PO yesterday and I ship thru PayPal, tracking numbers keep showing as "not found" I'm getting NeRoy's! Up to now, it still shows as Not Found as if the numbers aren't recognized! PayPal generates tracking when I create a label so not sure what's going on!
