Spoke with Becky in tech support and apparently during the pricing upgrade on May 31, 2015 there is a new glitch that does not allow you to put any more than 32 characters in the Company Name field when creating a label. They are aware of the issue and are working on it, unfortunately there isn't anything on the site to let you know this is happening. In the meantime, try to use abbreviations that will bring down your character count.
