Its been two days since i have been able to pay for click and ship. Credit card payment keeps getting declined or kicked back, even tried my pay pal and it is not working either. Called credit card company and they said they have been approving charges but USPS keeps returning the payment. SOOO FRUSTRATING!! Why aren't customer service hours more accomidating?
I am having same issue - can't complete click and ship processing with major shipment going out tomorrow
This is ridiculous, It's the holiday season and can't print label or schedule delivery. Been on hold ONE hour with P.O.
Same issue. Bad timing. Holiday packages need to go out NOW. Can't pay or print labels.
