Label did not print - now I get a blank screen on the re-print screen

Tried to print a lablel last night - did not print, now I went to the history/activity to reprint the lablel, as it allows you 24 hours to reprint or download and I get a blank screen - hoping they refund me if I cant reprint. What a mess....
