It's attempting to overcharge

When I went to checkout, Regional Rate box this afternoon, It's working now. The options appear that were down before. BUT the price was $24 or somehing like that on a $6.16 purchase. It wasn't the insurance, and it wasn't the price of any other option, so I don''t know how the website came up with that. I had edit the purchase and go back to checkout a 2nd time, and then the price came up correctly. BE CAREFUL I would hate to try to get a refund on that!
