Intercept package

This sucks? I'm getting error 104 even though my tracking # says my Priority Mail was eligible for this service. Goosd lick trying to talk to someone because i've been on the phone for 3 hours and also went to local Post Office for help. They couldn't answer my question even though I brought my laptop in to show them.
