Double Charged, Lost Credit Card Info, Can't Access History

So Many issues right now. Took 3 hours to print 3 labels and now can't access History to cancel a label and on top of it all they double charged the account as well. Don't feel safe using USPS currently as the credit card information is not stored properly in their system.
