Click and ship has been down 2 days now for me. An alternative: PayPal
I used PayPal shipping function; although "different" from USPS (I have not figured out how to create just the label only - so that I fit 2 to a page; and don't know if I can create an address book - for batch processing), it beats doing labels manually; same cost as USPS for labels, and I print the labels to a PDF file (one can download for free: Foxit Reader PDF Printer, if one does not have Adobe Acrobat). I then copy just the label, and do a paste to a Word Document. And do the same for next label; this way I don't waste my label paper with the "Online Label Record" that I don't know how to get rid of (yet) by use of PayPal. Again by removing the Online Label Record, I can (by way of copy and paste) get 2 labels to each sheet of my label paper).
