click n ship-regional rates options do not appear

Regional Rate options not available in Choose Service Frame. It worked right after the upgrade, but not the next time I tried. Still waiting after 36 hrs. Used USPS for years. Their IT team is Pre School level. Usually by the time I am comfortable with the last changes they have made, they do a major change. Usually after any upgrade, they break something.  In a day or two it is usually fixed. That doesn't help me today. And, I cannot be sure of anything, as 90 min wait on phone is not long enough, and there is not chat available either.

Same thing here.  I did wait on hold and was told "Sorry, you cannot use regional rate priority mail until the website is fixed".  I thought standard IT practice was to roll back when a major bug is found on release, Also, what ever happened to test plans and offline testing?

USPS IT always breaks things when they fix the site. It's great to wait on the phone for 2 hours for them to tell you it's broken. Duh. No wonder they are losing money. I was searching for somewhere on the web where they report issues with their site, but, would they ever admit a mistake? While doing that I found some articles and they must farm out (outsource) IT. I suspect cronyism here. A letter to my congressman, and one to yours, would be in order here. The preschool level of USPS IT people is just plain unacceptable. Arrests and trial are in order. I'm serious they are giving their IT bid to incompetent people. it's crooked.
