As has been the problem for a couple weeks, sometimes the Click-N-Ship will sit there and not load, other times it will load but the return address is blank and it won't let you proceed. Have to refresh multiple times before my return address shows, then it works.

Still down as of noon. Wish they would give an estimate of when it will become available Forced to use another carrier!
