Getting prompt that Click n Ship is unavailable. I don't use it frequently, but I've never had this issue before.
The whole site is down right at a time that I absolutely need to print labels. It was being updated at 5:30 this morning but some JQuery was not working on the Click and Ship. It kept giving me errors nd hiding my cart. When I could see it (after clearing the browser cache) it would not go to billing. Then it just wnet down completely.
Post office workers are not answering the phones and the customer service number is a useless computer menu. It is governement so they have little concern for time.
Maybe it is time for me to switch to UPS or FedEx.
