package had a label printed and it was dropped in box last friday but there is no movement on the usps tracking site

I printed 3 labels dropped in kiosk , 2 show accepted one doesnt show it was even scanned or accepted. repeated calls and they just say give more time. It really upsets me i paid for priority mail, with tracking and no one can help at all. last worker told me theyre having scan issues. yet they dont tell customers, i dont know if item lost or what. no help at the northside buffalo station as usual. they keep going up in prices and the service keeps getting worse. And many boxes look stepped on.
