Unexpected error, like everyone else. Box where you choose postage options (priority, regional rate boxes) is blank and unable to choose. Resulting in no way to complete a label and purchase postage for Click-N-Ship. Every other month this service is unavailable!! And it's not for just a few hours, it usually takes days, up to a week for them to fix the site. So frustrated!!
