I set up a label, paid for it and printed it, but my printer messed up. When I tired to access account history to re-print, the site timed out repeatedly. I've been trying for 7 days now ans still no luck. I wrote to USPS tech support and no response. This is unaccepatablre and I see many others are having this issue...some for two weeks. USPS' tech people are obviously incompetant AND unresponsive.

We are a business and I ALWAYS have issues with the website activity history! I need someone to fix this or tell us a better option before we use a different carrier for EVERYTHING.
