my Red Card credentials didn't go thru so i did the whole forgot my password thingy. I go my secret question and email questions. that worked!....now i could change my password. after that the same page "there was a problem with our site". called the 800 # logged in, same error "problem with our site". dude my bill is going to be late!!!! hire competent Admins!!!
