Attempting to log on to site and call customer service. Site isn't working and phone is ringing a few times, then drops off. No recorded messages to apologize for issues.
Terrible customer service and crisis management...phone and website down so consumers cannot even find out whether their accounts haved been compromised...TERRIBLE
