Having the same issue here. Haven't been able to log in for days. Called customer service and got the same lame excuse, "Oh your account is closed". Actually its been closed for awhile, I have always been able to pay it online. It just seems as though their customer service reps have no idea how to handle these situations. This is ridiculous and how long does it take your technical team to fix this issue?
