login screen redirect won't stop

Site:

I type in target.com and i'm automatically taken to the account login screen. The page keeps reloading all by itself and won't let me click anything or login. Also, If i try to go to the site by google (typing in 'target' and clicking the page) it does the same thing.

The same thing is happening to me. I am trying to register for my wedding, and this is making it impossible. Someone, please please fix this. Or tell me how to fix this.
