The debit Credit VISA's will only run as debit cards currenting in Ohio. If it is run as a credit it will decline. Apparently PNC is having issues with their routing numbers and will have to reissue new cards to their customers. I was told this information is morning at a CircleK gas station who had been haing issues all moreing and spent 4 hours on the phone attempting to diagnose the issue.

My debit/credit card was declined this morning for two transactions. I entered it as credit. Cannot get past first page of checking account information on PNC website. Getting message that online banking is temporarily down? Can ATM's be accessed?
My card was rejected this AM while I was getting my morning coffee. I know for a fact I had money in the account. I call PNC waited 30 mins to speak to a live person, to find the system was down. When I ask if there had been a breach and if there was a possibility my records stolen I was informed no (i dont believe that part) . with all that is going on in the world today starting to get a bit scary. So no coffee for me today cant even get money from ATM
