No...actually it was a Verizon FIOS issue. They had issues in their routing tables causing traffic to PNC's online banking site to not get there. I talked with Verizon this morning and got the issue resolved.
BTW...PNC's Virtual Wallet is the best banking tool I've ever used as a consumer.
