not loading any music

My Pandora isn't loading. I thought it was just my phone , but it wasn't.  Tell me what's wrong with it ??

Pandora stuck on advertisement. How can I return to music? Ad also keeps returning to "upgrade" but won't even Go further than that   Please advise. I loved the music
