Keep getting "Sorry, I'm unable to retrieve music from Pandora"

I use Pandora on my Android phone...  I've tried closing all other apps, restarting, reinstalling, log in-sign out, you name it, I've tried it.  Sometimes it works for a few minutes, then goes back to the same error and shuts down.  Exceedingly frustrating.
