Won't load on Ps3

For some reason, Netflix will not load movies on our Ps3s.It keeps showing this error message. Then it says try again and try another title .I do that and it still doesn't work.I even called Netflix, there was notthing about technical issues.Its been like this for couple days.Not just yesterday. It works on my Kindle and my Galaxy S3 phone fine.Also Netflix told to call PlayStation.
