All movies or shows won't load just stuck spinning at 93% have had issues for a few days one minute it works when you finally get something to load then it stops on the next and won't load anything always just sits at 93%

Mine too, I looked it up and the answer said it was the "device". I cut off my ps4 and restarted the system and it still is getting stuck at 93% on any movie or show I click on. I have restarted Netflix and my device repeatedly.

This is day number 2 of this and I can not watch nothing
it might be becouse there are too many users online on your account, it was so fore me anyways.
Usually if there's too many people on one account it tells you and also tell you what account and movie

i have the problem on both PS3 and ps4. I've done all updates and still stuck at 93%.

I did a complete reboot of the Roku and Gateway for app 2 minutes
Restared both, reloaded Netflix and things are better.
But I've had it self correct before so I'll have to wait and see.
This did start when Comcast sent the new and improved gateway/router. I haven't completely ruled that out but until I experience the problem again I will run with this setup.
i borrow a buddy's acount and he is on his so why doesnt it work for me?
go to the settings and enter storage. Go to apps then scroll to Netflix. Once in the netflix storage area, delete Netflix game, and delete others....I can't remember the video. Watch here:
