We're having trouble playing this title right now.

Netflix was working fine but about 2 weeks ago I kept getting this message when trying to play any title. I have reloaded Netflix dozens of times, checked to make sure my payments are up to date, etc. Why is this happening? I am not happy to be paying for a service that doesn't work.
