Unreachable

Since 3/27/2015, at c. 21:00 CDT, I began getting a "The app is currently unreachable" message on my Chrome browser. I've tried resetting my router and trying to run Netflix on my Samsung Galaxy S3 with no luck. Have NO clue what's going on. I'm in San Antonio, TX. I'm thinking it might have to do with the recent storms and floods in the area but can't think of how. My area didn't have any damage but maybe somewhere, some cable/node/connection got damaged?!
