Not even front webpage will load

Netflix webpage won't load. As in - the basic webpage at www.netflix.co.uk - I am not even trying to stream anything! Was all fine until yesterday, when Netflix seemed to have some sort of problem and displayed a page indicating it had technical diifficulties. Now the basic webpage won't even load, just keeps flashing and trying to load indefinitely.
