no working on any xbox 360 , Charter communications internet

This has been an on going problem with my xbox 360 . I have two that are wired directly to router and then two that are wireless. Netflix will not load pass the title screen. Netflix works no prob with my desktop computers and my smart tv that is on the same internet. Getting really frustrated with everyone
