Netflix simply isn't working!

This happens frequently on Netflix when trying to watch a movie or THOMAS THE TRAIN with my grandson! Needless to say he is very disappointed and therefore I, who pays a monthly bill for this service, am highly disappointed. Simply put....FIX IT NOW! QUIT PIDDLING AROUND AND GET IT FIXED!! I can go on Netflix Youtube and it works fine so the movie part should also...fix it!
