Netflix loads but will not play shows/movies

This has been happening since last night around 10 pm Pacific Time. The Netflix home screen where the shows are listed loads, but then when I try to watch a show, it doesn't load and says "We are unable to connect you to Netflix." I have tried all of the troubleshooting features, but nothing is working. And shows will not play on either my home network or on my iPhone through Verizon.

Netflix will load but won't play movies! Posts "We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title", yet it does this for all titles.... Thisnhas been happening for several weeks now and this is the worst yet! Have done all trouble shooting possible several times getting very frustrated!!! HELP!

I'm having the same problem. It loads the app and the list just fine, then says "Sorry, this title cannot be watched instantly at this time. Please try again later or play a different title." It does this for everything. Sometimes, it finally plays something that it's been giving the above message for after trying several times, and it runs uninterrupted for the full course of the movie/show, but if I stop it and try to resume it (not pause), it gives the above error message again. Attempting to play through my Panasonic Blu-Ray player through TW Cable. Been happening consistently since last night.
