Not working at all on any device e.g. XBOX, Sony theater, computer.
Netflix is now working on my android but not on my blu-ray player. It hasn't been working for hours!!! Does anyone know when it is supposed to be working? Shouldn't there be a refund for the time it hasn't been working? This is very ridiculous!
I called them yesterday(12/24/12)at 6pm and the lad said they didnt give them a specific time it would be fixed and to call back on 2 hours and they should credit my account.
