Netflix Down on PS3

I haven't been able to connect to Netflix on my Playstation 3 since yesterday evening. I have reinstalled it, tried to reset it and nothing has worked. A few times it tells me there is an update, version 2.0 and then 2.11 and every time I have tried to update it the system restarts on its own. This is getting very old. I called Tech Support and they said nothing is wrong with Netflix, I call BS.
